Ulla is visionary leader and entrepreneur with a passion for building scalable, inclusive cultures with psychological safety. She has co-founded and exited EGGS Design, known for its award-winning work and for its unique culture. EGGS counted 130 brilliant people from all over the world in 5 offices when it was sold to Sopra Steria in 2021.

After leaving the position as a CEO at EGGS in 2023, Ulla now engages in helping other entrepreneurs world-wide succeed through her company Mother Hen Ventures. She works as an angel investor, advisor, mentor, speaker, and facilitator - turning founders into leaders.
