Pia Merkesdal

Pia has been involved in the startup ecosystem and worked with startups since 2002, such as 123Tele, Mobizz and Netnordic Norway. In 2018, Pia started as Head of Administration at TheFactory and is now the COO of TheFactory group. Pia serves as both board member and as a board secretary  in numerous companies in TheFactory and their portfolio. She is also an active board member of Ullr Skiklubb, where the focus is on socializing, well-being and the joy of physical winter activity for children.
