Ole Morten Settevik

Ole Morten has been working in the Nordic IT industry since 1984.

He has broad experience from operational Pnl leadership positions and is a strong believer in customer centricity thinking. Ole Morten started his career in IBM as a sales representative, moved on to ECsoft Nordic and then to Microsoft Norway as General Manager in 1995. Since then he has been working as CEO in Ementor Norway (ATEA), Bluegarden Group (Visma) and Advania Norway.

His latest assignment was as COO in No Isolation, a great experience working with the No Isolation team and especially Karen Dolva in structuring an international scaleup organisation.

Ole Morten has today a few startup board positions in addition to Board Chair in Startup Norway. He is now interested in and focused on contributing with 40 years of working experience to the early stage community, being part of building the future IT landscape in the Nordics and having great fun with many smart and inspiring people & teams.
