Diogo is the founder of Equated, a network dedicated to supporting underrepresented founders and small business owners in navigating the roadblocks behind the funding gap.

An experienced product developer, Diogo has helped early-stage startups in achieving product-market fit through his work at incubators, accelerators, venture studios, and through his own company, Trouble Makers.

Diogo’s mission is to empower Black, women, and immigrant founders with sustainable approaches to entrepreneurship.
